We currently only ship to Australia. We offer Free Shipping for all orders within the country, ensuring your home decor pieces arrive at your door without any extra costs.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, and transit typically takes 5-7 business days. The total delivery time for your order is approximately 6-9 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. What courier services do you use for delivery?

We ship your orders via DHL and FedEx, ensuring your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. These trusted courier services offer reliable tracking options so you can monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no additional shipping costs, so you can shop confidently knowing the price you see is the price you pay.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been confirmed and sent to processing. However, you can always reach out to us at support@selniro.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all packaging intact. If you made a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be covered by you. For more details, visit our Return & Refund Policy.

8. How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@selniro.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility if you ordered the wrong item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

9. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is processed, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

10. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through DHL or FedEx's tracking system.
