We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
- The product must be returned with proof of purchase or order number.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the wrong order was made. Returns for defective or damaged items will be handled at no cost to the customer.
2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable.
5. Shipping Information
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are typically delivered within 6-9 business days via DHL or FedEx. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
6. Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order is processed on the same day, please place your order before 10:00 pm (AEST). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@selniro.com with pictures of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
